Physical exercises to support mental resilience, stress release and on-the-spot Reset for First Resp

We all know, as first responders, any help we can get, that supports our ability to not get ‘caught’ or pulled down by the stressors of daily duty, … that enables us to more easily re-set after a difficult service call, … that gives us tools to discharge the residue of traumatic events we dealt with, - before our next call or before we go home at the end of the day, - is more than welcome.

Here is a brief video that shares one such practical support, which has been evidenced by science research together with the US marines, and that enhances other excellent methods we might utilize, such as ‘Road to Mental Readiness’ or MBSR.
