Evidence-based, mindfulness-based training modules

  • Originally designed by military and security officers

  • Based on 30 years experience in training mindfulness techniques in various professional contexts,

  • Adapted for civilian service teams, and to honor your professional culture and operational reality

The US Naval Research Centre together with the US Marine Corps conducted several research studies on these mindfulness exercises. Multiple neuroscience studies further support their effectiveness.

Elite and professional sports teams have also embraced these same techniques. Famously Phil Jackson used mindfulness techniques to develop the above mentioned critical skills, and coached the Chicago Bulls and the Los Angeles Lakers to a total of 10 NBA championships.  “I approached it with mindfulness, … as much as we pump iron and build physical strength, we need to build our mental strength”.
