Physical exercises to support mental resilience, stress release and on-the-spot Reset for First Resp
We all know, as first responders, any help we can get, that supports our ability to not get ‘caught’ or pulled down by the stressors of daily duty, … that enables us to more easily re-set after a difficult service call, … that gives us tools to discharge the residue of traumatic events we dealt with, - before our next call or before we go home at the end of the day, - is more than welcome.
Here is a brief video that shares one such practical support, which has been evidenced by science research together with the US marines, and that enhances other excellent methods we might utilize, such as ‘Road to Mental Readiness’ or MBSR.
There is also a public one-day workshop on August 27th in Halifax, that introduces these exercises. ... and online video courses will be available soon.
We are happy to offer a special discount or ‘pay what you can’, to First Responders, Military Personnel or Veterans interested to attend the public workshop on August 27th and explore these techniques, - just call (902) 449 5500 or visit https://www.mbwaretraining.com/publicworkshop
